I am glad to be trained to become a Specialist — a specialist engineer with PhD degree — that trained me rigorously to think things through and think differently from various possible scenarios to ensure the stability in the face of uncertain environments. And also design Plan-B for any evacuation in the future, foreseeing possible extreme environment conditions.
I do pride myself on being a little different, as well as, going along with most people. I guess that’s the key to explore new ideas and learn better ways of doing things. And gradually realized the value of being a Generalist — the connector and the catalyst.
I believe that continued learning — DIY self learning or otherwise — is important in this fast changing world. Before starting own business, I also completed ‘Masters in Management’ and PG Diploma in Law (ADR) so that I myself can understand a wide range of topics.
Who Am I??
Is a question for everybody, everyday. Why do I often ask myself this question?
Asking this question helped me to understand myself as I have transformed and metamorphosed during the ‘Journey of Life’ — mortal lifecycle . Just like a butterfly, a frog, “Chrip the Robin” or anything else you can imagine as an example. Our experience, learning, and aging metamorphose us into different being.
Sure, when I was much younger, I was somebody else with a certain dreams in life. Now a different person with different aim in life. And in the future, it is highly possible that I will be a completely different person in a different role!
May be, just like in the Godfather:
“Every man has but one destiny” … “Great men are not born great, they grow great . . .” ― Mario Puzo, The Godfather
Good Morning with a Big Smile!
I love to start my day in a good way, if I can, with all my best efforts.
I wish to start everyday with a happy and smiling face! Always. That brings positivity in life during the day.
The Smiling is Contagious
Then the radiance of the positivity spreads among the people around me. The phenomenon can exponentially magnify the outcome of the day, most of the time. Smiling keeps healthy and strong. Smiling brings happiness, good luck and wealth.
Smiling makes look younger and charming. Keep smiling!
In Pursuit of A Treasure
I am in the pursuit of a treasure. And I do believe that:
“Everyone on earth has a treasure that awaits him.” — The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
I always love to have a bird’s eye view at first before I get into the details, to decide:
- What parts I must research in detail;
- Which way I must go to achieve my goals — short term, medium term and long term goals; and
- What will be my Plan B & Plan C.
That helps a lot while I am at work or traveling. How do you prefer to plan and do?

And I need to go on searching for my treasure till I find it. Difficulties can temporarily frustrate and divert. But no difficulties or situations can stop me pursuing my interests and hobbies — the things I enjoy doing. If Almighty want who can stop me?
It may sound crazy, but true; I experienced several times the power of working with a ‘strong determination’:

The Treasure may be somewhere in the near future. And the steps towards the treasures are “celebrations” — celebrate life everyday!
Explore World. Be positive. Celebrate life. Everyday. Everywhere. In every situations. Keep walking towards Life’s Treasures.
Always Be At The Top Of The World!
Who doesn’t want to celebrate at the top of the Eiffel Tower? I wish I am always at the top of my world and spirit, no matter where I am.
Life’s Motto
My motto is to Celebrate life, everyday, in every situation. That will keep moving towards the life’s treasure.
Being myself gives me more strength. Connecting to roots and remembering who I am and ‘where from I came’ makes me stronger in any adverse situation.
And health is the biggest wealth. Loosing a little bit, makes me wiser and more determined to preserve good health.
How Much Do I sleep?
Once I thought that sleeping is an easy natural phenomenon. To recharge myself, I used to have enough good sleep — anytime, anywhere I wished to have a good sleep.
Now I realized: That was the biggest gift of God!
I wish to get enough good sleep like before whenever I wish to have.
Teaching Is One Best Way Of Learning
Though now, time is a constraint, I love teaching and helping others to learn. Teaching others gives the opportunity to face challenging questions and learn more.
Once I thought I would be a teacher or a professor. So, I practiced public speaking since I was a kid. I participated in recitation, debate, drama, and extempore.
Over time, I honed my skill as a good public speaker. That helped me become a good engineer, project manager, trainer and business man. I got invitation to speak at many international conferences and private seminars.
The Pluralist — Unity in Diversity
Grew up in a multi-religion and multi-cultural pluralistic society. Traveled in many countries around the world. Cherish the value of “Unity in Diversity”, and love to enjoy many colorful festivities from across cultures, countries and religions. I do believe that gives the opportunity to experience and live life fully.
My Favorite Topics?
I have nothing specifically favorite — I read a wide variety of books. I enjoy reading books on Math, as well as, Fiction. I equally enjoy reading books on branding and children’s stories.
Swimming makes me relaxed and rejuvenated. I used to go for walk, cycling and hiking.

I enjoy watching movies on a big screen; and I love theatre. The best stage show — musical performance — I have ever seen is The Lion King. I watched that at Broadway, New York.
During my high school days, I enjoyed performing with my school’s drama team. We used to have annual school shows at our school — Oriental Academy. I do miss and cherish those fun times.

I am fond of engineering, project management and building new businesses. I enjoy analyzing complexities, doing research & developments, and exploring new good businesses.
I love spending time with startups, branding-marketing, and R&D projects.
Networking and connecting — being a connector & catalyst for new projects or business — is one of my biggest strengths. I grew-up in India and traveled to many countries, across the world, for business and pleasure.
I developed my own niche expertise in Indian, Thai, Singapore and Myanmar markets. Let’s discuss the specifics latter.
